How do you get rid of shaving bumps?

Ive tried everything. I soak my face in warm water and shower before i shave. after i soak my face in cold water and use and aloe after shave. i also use cream from my dermatologist such as Desonide Lotion and elidel. I even have been using a Braun series 3 for a while and they still don’t go away. I don’t know what to do. They look terrible and they hurt. Please help

Last night when i was sleeping i awoke to a starnge elf creature on my bed, he told me danger was happening at my school. i than of course asked him how did he know? when i turned my lamp on he looked at me and said, opps your not harry potter.
aftershave for men, if your shaving and there little stubs then thats going to cause bumps so i suggest you lets it grow for awhile till its like soft then shave it and it will be a clean cut =)
Coochie cream. I know it sounds bizarre. i bought some for my hubby to shave his head. He now swears by it.
Use depilatory cream instead of shaving. Leave the cream on for 5 minutes and wash your face.. the hair should fall off.
